Mango Lassi recipe

  

  • Prep time – 10 mins
  • Serves – 1

Ingredients needed: 

  • Mango chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt – 1/2 to 1 Cup
  • Whole fat milk – 1/4 cup(optional)
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  • Blend the chopped mangoes , yogurt, milk , sweetener and cardamom till smooth
  • Sprinkle with a pinch of cardamom powder or kesar or any essence flavor of your choice
  • Refrigerate and serve cool.

  • Prep time – 15 mins
  • Cook time -10 mins
  • Serves – 1

Ingredients needed: 

  • Mango – 1 medium size
  • Heavy whipping cream – 1/4 cup
  • Chopped fruits / dry fruits / nuts for seasoning (optional)
  • Sweetener (optional)

 

Method:

  • Blend the chopped mangoes till smooth
  • Beat the cream in a bowl. You can use electric beater or whip it manually. Beat until cream is soft and fluffy
  • Mix well the mango puree to the beaten cream.
  • Pour it in the serving glasses. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes
  • Garnish with shaved chocolates or dry fruits or chopped mangoes on top of it
