Mango Lassi recipe
- Prep time – 10 mins

Ingredients needed:
- Mango chopped – 1/2 cup
- Yogurt – 1/2 to 1 Cup
- Whole fat milk – 1/4 cup(optional)
- Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- Sweetener (optional)
- Ice cubes
Method:
- Blend the chopped mangoes , yogurt, milk , sweetener and cardamom till smooth
- Sprinkle with a pinch of cardamom powder or kesar or any essence flavor of your choice
- Refrigerate and serve cool.
Delicious Mango Lassi is ready for hot summer.

Mango Mousse recipe:
- Prep time – 15 mins
- Cook time -10 mins
- Serves – 1
Ingredients needed:
- Mango – 1 medium size
- Heavy whipping cream – 1/4 cup
- Chopped fruits / dry fruits / nuts for seasoning (optional)
- Sweetener (optional)
Method:
- Blend the chopped mangoes till smooth
- Beat the cream in a bowl. You can use electric beater or whip it manually. Beat until cream is soft and fluffy
- Mix well the mango puree to the beaten cream.
- Pour it in the serving glasses. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes
- Garnish with shaved chocolates or dry fruits or chopped mangoes on top of it
Delicious Mango mousse is ready.
