Keto Chicken fried rice – Cauliflower fried rice recipe – Low carb rice recipe

Easy Low Carb Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe can be made in less than 20 minutes. I even like this version of friend rice more than the regular rice fried rice. As we are using only the cauliflower rice, this recipe can be part of a low-carb, keto, or paleo diet.

 

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower rice – 2 cups
  • Green onions – 2
  • Finely chopped veggies
    • Mushroom
    • Bell peppers
    • Carrots
    • Or any vegetables of our choice
  • Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Ghee – 2 tsp
  • Boneless chicken – 10 pieces
  • eggs – 2
  • Soy sauce – 1 tsp (Optional)
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp (Optional)
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
