Fat head Pizza recipe / Almond flour pizza recipe

- Serves: 8 slices
Ingredients needed:
- Almond flour/ meal – 1 Cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 2 to 2 1/2 cups
- Cream cheese – 2 tbsp
- Egg -1
- Salt to taste
- Pizza sauce
- Pizza toppings of your choice
- Mushroom
- Bell peppers
- Chicken
- Olives
- Tomato
- Herbs seasoning
Method:
- Mix shredded cheese + Almond flour + cream cheese. Microwave it for 1 or 2 mins. Stir and mix well and microwave for another 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Add the beaten egg, salt and herbs of your choice. Mix gently
- Roll it into a round shape pizza shape in between the parchment paper. Remove the top paper Or you can just spread it with hands with little butter/oil greased on your hands
- Prick some holes on top using folk; Place it in the baking tray along with the parchment paper and bake it in the oven for 400f – 450f for 20 mins or until it is light brown
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and add all the toppings you like. Bake again at 400F for 5 – 10 minutes.
