Fat head Pizza recipe / Almond flour pizza recipe

 

  • Prep Time: 15 mins
  • Cook Time: 20 – 45 mins
  • Serves: 8 slices

 

Ingredients needed: 

  • Almond flour/ meal – 1 Cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 2 to 2 1/2 cups
  • Cream cheese – 2 tbsp
  • Egg -1
  • Salt to taste
  • Pizza sauce
  • Pizza toppings of your choice
    • Mushroom
    • Bell peppers
    • Chicken
    • Olives
    • Tomato
    • Herbs seasoning

 

Method:

  • Mix shredded cheese + Almond flour + cream cheese. Microwave it for 1 or 2 mins. Stir and mix well and microwave for another 30 seconds to 1 minute
  • Add the beaten egg, salt and herbs of your choice. Mix gently
  • Roll it into a round shape pizza shape in between the parchment paper. Remove the top paper Or you can just spread it with hands with little butter/oil greased on your hands
  • Prick some holes on top using folk; Place it in the baking tray along with the parchment paper and bake it in the oven for 400f – 450f for 20 mins or until it is light brown
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and add all the toppings you like. Bake again at 400F for 5 – 10 minutes.
