Ingredients needed:
- Goat / Mutton– 350 gms
- Butter as needed
- Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
To prepare sauce:
- Mutton stock
- Heavy cream / Heavy whipping cream
- Coriander leaves or parsley leaves
- Grated cheese
- Any herbs seasoning (optional)
