Strawberry Chia seeds smoothies for Weight loss

One of the best breakfast smoothie that I have been addicted in last few months. Strawberry chia seeds smoothie is the best smoothie which is slight tangy, creamy, colorful, gluten free and delicious.

 

  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: less than 5 mins
  • Serves: 2

Ingredients needed: 

  • Strawberry (Frozen or Fresh) – 6 nos
  • Chia seeds – 2 tsp
  • Almond milk – 2 cups
  • Honey or stevia
  • Any nuts and 1 strawberry to Garnish

 

Preparation:

  • Soak chia seeds for 10 mins
  • Save 2 tsp of soaked chia seeds in the serving glass
  • Blend the remaining chia seeds in a blender along with sliced strawberries, almond milk and sweetener of your choice. I have used honey here
  • Pour it in a serving glass which already have some chia seeds in it
  • Garnish with strawberry and crushed nuts on top of it
