One of the best breakfast smoothie that I have been addicted in last few months. Strawberry chia seeds smoothie is the best smoothie which is slight tangy, creamy, colorful, gluten free and delicious.
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: less than 5 mins
- Serves: 2
Ingredients needed:
- Strawberry (Frozen or Fresh) – 6 nos
- Chia seeds – 2 tsp
- Almond milk – 2 cups
- Honey or stevia
- Any nuts and 1 strawberry to Garnish
Preparation:
- Soak chia seeds for 10 mins
- Save 2 tsp of soaked chia seeds in the serving glass
- Blend the remaining chia seeds in a blender along with sliced strawberries, almond milk and sweetener of your choice. I have used honey here
- Pour it in a serving glass which already have some chia seeds in it
- Garnish with strawberry and crushed nuts on top of it
